Advanced and applied laboratory course integrating the principal methods of cell biology and immunology. Techniques covered include, but are not limited to, immunoblotting, SDS-PAGE, PCR, ELISA, immunohistochemistry, tissue culture, microscopy, and working with murine models. Credit hours: 1.
