Overview and examination of Individualized Education Program (IEP) required components. Includes how IEPs are developed and used in the classroom. Review and analysis of the roles and responsibilities of required members of IEP team in relation to students, family members, and teachers. Candidates develop the ability to work with students and families to promote successful student transitions throughout the educational experience. Credit hours: 1.
